"We got a call from our good customer TAS in Kolding, who had problems with their cranes. It turned out we needed to change some defective slip rings and cable brackets on the cranes. To limit the unproductiveness for the client, we had to act fast. We contacted our colleagues in the crane service division on Lindø, and together we managed to find a solution. In consultation with Lindø, we sent a representative to Copenhagen to pick up new parts for the cranes. It’s just over a couple of hours each way, so we immediately drove to Copenhagen.
Six hours later the crane worked smoothly again, as our employee had been in Copenhagen to pick up spare parts, which was mounted immediately and the client could literally get back to business. TAS was very satisfied with our effort."
