Caverion Niagara is a browser-based building automation system designed for property automation and energy management purposes. With Caverion Niagara it will be able to integrate all separate building automation systems into one single entity that can be managed through a web browser. In this way it will be avoided having to learn many different systems, greatly simplifying systems management. 

Caverion Niagara is a scalable system that can be configured according to the requirements of client’s property. It can be employed both in massive commercial and office buildings with complicated processes and in small residential blocks of flats. The residential blocks of flats can be connected in aregional monitoring system to enable centralised control. In addition, the history, alarm logs and reports can all be found in one and the same central location.

Open system

Thanks to the open interfaces of Caverion Niagara, the technical systems of a building can communicate or be integrated with other systems of the property owner. This makes things like reporting easier. We have successfully carried out integrations for our clients with the following systems:
