The business unit KRANTZ CLEAN AIR SOLUTIONS develops and sells thermal oxidisers designed for cleaning efficiently industrial exhaust air laden with gaseous organic pollutants.

There are three different systems available that can also be combined with the zeolite rotor technology. Thus, our customers can select the most efficient and economical system to suit their application and specific requirements.

  • Regenerative thermal oxidisers (type RNV, RTO)
  • Recuperative thermal oxidisers (type TNV) 
  • Catalytic thermal oxidisers (type KNV) 
  • Zeolite rotor technology in combination with thermal oxidation

Biological, chemical and mechanical exhaust air treatment plants

Our Nuremberg branch develops and sells exhaust air treatment plants designed for efficiently cleaning exhaust air laden with gaseous organic and inorganic pollutants as well as aerosols.

Depending on the type and composition of the emitted pollutants, the client will select the air cleaning system that will best suit their requirements while being the most efficient and economical one. Biological treatment has proved effective for exhaust air with low concentrations of organic pollutants. Exhaust air laden with inorganic pollutants are efficiently cleaned using chemico-physical processes. And for aerosols there are different mechanical processes available.

  • Chemical scrubbers
  • Activated carbon filters 
  • Biotrickling systems
  • Dust separators, oil mist separators, cooling lubricant separators and welding smoke separators
