You have got products that are to be filled in at a high temperature?
It requires a lot of energy to cool them down. For this purpose we simply use the outdoor air, which allows for energy savings of up to 40% depending on ambient conditions.

You have limited space for your cooling tunnel?
Each of our cooling tunnels is unique, being designed and constructed according to our clients' specific needs. Not all of our cooling tunnels are built in length, they are sometimes made in height.

You have a wide variety of products requiring different cooling-down times?
Our cooling tunnel with discontinuous operation enables you to cool any of your products as long as it requires. A moving device puts the pallet in a fixed place and collects it once the goods have reached the desired temperature.

You have got products that cannot be put onto pallets?
In our so-called tray cooler, your products will be cooled individually on different trays. The only moving element here is the moving device which safely places the trays in a fixed cooling place and collects them after a certain time. That's why our tray cooler is very reliable.

Your cooling tunnel must be easy to operate?
In our cooling tunnels there is a gangway between the rows of pallets. If one pallet gets stuck, you will access to it easily through the gangway and put it back on the right track. Thus, you need not empty your cooling tunnel, and operation can go on. All areas of the cooling tunnel are easily accessible for cleaning and servicing work.

You have got only small quantities or one pallet of products
whose cooling-down time is completely different?
Even for such cases we have got a solution: the cooling cell. It saves energy and money. Further, those products that are produced in tubs can even be incubated in this cell first and then cooled down automatically.
