Golden Helmet awards are given in Caverion every year for an exceptional work for the company. This year the Golden Helmet award categories were based on our strategy’s must-wins: Excellent customer experience, Best solutions, Top performance at every level and Winning team.
Winners were selected based on the total 147 suggestions received from colleagues throughout Caverion:

Team’s instrumentality in industrialising the delivery of IoTFlex solutions is a great benchmark how Best solutions can be utilized.
Top performance at every level: Residential housing manager Gunnar Hansen and his team, Norway
Askim branch led by Gunnar Hansen has continuously delivered great results both in cash flow and profitability, being the best in division Norway. Gunnar ensures that his apprentices will grow into great experts. Gunnar has definitely reached Top performance at every level with his actions.
