It is one of the biggest orders placed in the history of the company. Caverion employed up to 1,000 workers in a three-shift system for a period of approx. 24 months.
As the project's technical general contractor, Caverion was responsible for the heating and cooling, sanitation, sprinklers, ventilation and air-conditioning technology, the electrics, and instrumentation and control engineering.
Numerous measures were incorporated to boost the building's energy efficiency, including highly efficient heat recovery, hybrid recooling systems and highly efficient turbo chillers. The building makes use of rainwater.
