Hartmut Hölzel joined Caverion just after his studies - today he is branch manager

I became aware of Caverion as an employer while I was still studying for my Master of Engineering degree. I joined the company in 2003 as a freshly qualified project engineer. I was given responsibility early on and was supported in my ambitions. I benefited from internal and external further training measures and was promoted first to trade project manager, then to project manager and finally to overall project manager.

Since January 2016 I have been managing the Deggendorf branch - at that time with almost 70 employees. In the meantime, the team has doubled in size and I am proud of both the growth and the joint success that we can look back on so far. Obviously, you can't do without dedication and self-interest, but employees who want to develop further receive the necessary support from Caverion
