Caverion has completed the sale of its piping and tank business

and the related Ylivieska workshop to Recion Oy, a company controlled by a fund managed by Mimir Invest. The sale was announced on 23 November, 2018 and becomes effective on 31 December, 2018.

Revenue of the divested business is approximately EUR 45 million in 2018.
