MCF Group Estonia chooses Caverion as main contractor for a EUR 50 million project: The largest high-security data centre in the Baltics is expanding

MCF Group Estonia and Caverion Finland have signed an agreement to add 22 MW of IT power and cooling to Greenergy Data Centers located in Estonia. Upon completion, the campus will provide a total of 31.5 MW of capacity.

As the main contractor, Caverion is responsible for the technical systems required for the expansion; including electrical, cooling, ventilation, and fire protection systems. The expansion of the data hall is expected to be completed in autumn 2026.

MCF Group's data centre is the largest in the Baltic region and represents world-class technological standards. It complies with the highest international security requirements.

The data centre has a broad economic impact: it strengthens Estonia's competitiveness and position as a hub for digital infrastructure in the Baltics. The centre also creates conditions for new foreign investments. The project employs approximately 200 experts on site and will be carried out with a network of companies in Estonia.
