Targets
- Implement an easy-to-use and unique space solution that serves as a meeting place for anyone interested in startups and technology, taking into account the architecture of the Art Nouveau House, which is more than 100 years old
- The technological solutions had to suit even the most demanding needs, but also work seamlessly when used by occasional visitors and withstand larger numbers of visitors than normal office space.
Solutions
- The design was oriented on users, as the space is visited by up to 700 visitors each week, most of whom are occasional visitors. The installation work took 1.5 months
- We designed the technological solutions to be intuitive and compatible with different operating systems
- We equipped the community workspace with six 85-inch 4K screens, in addition to which the spaces include a 55-inch Microsoft Surface Hub touch screen and a 4K image transfer system for group work. The system is controlled by control panels that are specially tailored to the premises
- We completely remodeled the space’s electrical and cabling and embedded them in the structures, as planned by the interior designer, to hide the extra tech and wiring from view
- The equipment resets every night and the surfaces remain uncluttered by a table drain solution to which the cables can be wound out of sight. Clean, modern and reliable facilities also encourage visitors to take care of the work environment.

Although we had strict requirements and plans changed along the way, everything still went smoothly and on schedule. The positive feeling remains that Caverion did what was promised and sometimes even a little bit extra. It was great to come to the site and notice that things on the to-do list had already been taken care of.
